In seeking the governorship, Pat McCrory has made it clear that he intends to take North Carolina down a very destructive path.

Who, you may ask, is the real Pat McCrory?

Team McCrory is a financial, ideological and political apparatus designed to support Pat McCrory's permanent ambition to be the Governor of North Carolina. It's a shadowy network of interdependent people and organizations committed to McCrory's political career and a destructive and extreme agenda for the state of North Carolina.

For the last year or so, Pat's buddies have focused on three critical objectives:

• Paying Pat to Play Politics: To assist Pat McCrory in finding a way to spend nearly all his time on politics and campaigning, while making a substantial personal income- and he does it all behind a shroud of secrecy.
• Putting the Political Pieces in Place: To methodically establish a shadowy network of organizations and political allies—a financial and ideological infrastructure—to assist McCrory in maintaining his unceasing ambition to become Governor.
• Pursuing a Destructive Agenda: Making a down payment on the policy agenda of McCrory’s political and financial patrons.

There are two things we already know for sure from what we've already seen out of Pat McCrory: First, he will pursue an agenda that is highly destructive for the vast majority of North Carolina families. And secondly, you can count on the fact that his agenda nearly always benefit the “Favored Few.”

And while there is plenty that we already know about Pat McCrory, there are plenty of unanswered questions.
